Commissioning Ptarmigan's people are lighting people; we understand what the designer is trying to achieve and know how to help them achieve this. We work with designers and manufacturers to commission lighting systems.
Programming The lighting and control hardware are only useful when programmed to interpret the creative vision. Prior to commissioning the systems we will set up the control system in our office, using CAD models we can then programme the system, allowing the project team to see what effects will be achieved prior to completion. This offline programming system saves hours of time on site and ensures that on site construction delays do not adversely effect the final outcome.
Recruitment & Training Assisting the client operational resources to understand the installed systems is key to ensuring the systems are utilised as conceived. We are experienced in assisting clients to recruit and train their operational teams.
Maintenance To ensure the installation continues to look as good as originally conceived it is important that systems are proactively maintained. With our own service technicians in Hong Kong, and associates in China, Thailand and Singapore, we are well placed to ensure we can fully support projects throughout Asia.
