| Las Vegas Sands Corporation’s
first casino in Asia includes a small theatre designed by Paul
Steelman Design Group. This 650 seat theatre is located at the
heart of the casino on the third floor. The theatre is to be used
for live entertainment, concerts and corporate events.
Sister company, Serious Staging, was contracted by Venetian
Macau to review the technical proposals for the theatre lighting,
sound, video and rigging systems. Simon Fraser of Ptarmigan
Consulting took a lead role in managing the project and designed
the theatrical lighting and rigging systems.
The solutions included design of theatrical rigging systems,
house lighting dimming and control, stage lighting systems and
specification of the stage lighting equipment. |
